User Safety Information#

To ensure safe operation and extend the service life of the equipment, strictly observe the following precautions.

Operating Environment#

  • Floor conditions: Operate on a flat, solid surface. Do not use the robot on complex terrain or surfaces with excessive friction or inclination.
  • Clearance: Maintain a safe distance of at least 1 meter around the robot, and make sure the workspace is free of obstacles.

Safe Robot Operation#

  • Standby-mode caution: When you press back to return to standby mode, both arms automatically lower. Confirm in advance that no people or obstacles are below them.
  • SDK control safety: When controlling movement of both robotic arms or executing tasks, make sure the motion trajectory will not collide with the surroundings.
  • Preparing for dual-arm control: When an inexperienced user controls both arms through the SDK, make sure that the head and lifting mechanism have returned to zero to prevent motion interference and collision hazards.
  • Controller operation: After controlling base movement, release the joystick slowly to prevent a sudden stop from impacting the equipment.
  • Teleoperation equipment: Before putting on or removing teleoperation equipment, always make sure that the robot is not synchronized.

Equipment Maintenance#

  • Battery management: When the robot and base are not in use, charge them periodically for maintenance (at least once per month is recommended) to prevent battery damage from over-discharge.
  • Periodic inspection: After long-term storage, thoroughly inspect joint mobility, fastener condition, and battery health before use.

⚠️ Important safety reminder: Any operation that violates these instructions may cause severe equipment damage or personal injury. Strictly follow the safety guidelines above.
